AOS-CX: Difference between software reboot and hardware reboot!

• Hardware reboot is there in case software has stopped responding.
• Software reboot is preferred because it will allow the software to complete whatever that it needs to do, before allowing reboot to take place, which is what we considered as "graceful" reboot. But both have same effect.
• Hardware reboot will happen without waiting for software to complete its housekeeping tasks. So only use hardware reboot in the event that software has stopped responding
