In comware switches, it was possible to configure voice vlan based on MAC address only. So even if the phone doesn't support LLDP or can't tag traffic we still can place it into voice vlan base don MAC range without touching the phone.   The command was

voice vlan mac-address xxx yyy description zzz

is there any way to configure the same in Aruba AOS switches like 2930F? Any command to achieve the same results?

    Thank you,

Yes, that is possible. Check the "Aruba 2930F / 2930M Access Security Guide for ArubaOS-Switch 16.10" at  Chapter 7: Local MAC Authentication
