If there are no further responses, I would recommend working with Aruba Support to get this investigated. Is it just the automatic connect, and can users connect manually? Is the 'automatically connect' option configured in your Windows 10 clients?

Subject: Eduroam on Windows 10 Devices`
Hello all,
Curious if anyone else is seeing issues with Windows 10 devices (with TLS certs) failing to autoconnect to eduroam?
We are running 6 local MDs, 8.5.0.12, and have users run the Cloudpath applet to connect. We're in the same boat as a lot of other institutions with the STM spikes leading to client issues, so I can't tell if this issue is related to that, or something else.
