I just want to get the confirmation on whether same host IPs can be defined under multiple Aliases and use them in the policy rules.
    For example,
    Alias web_servers : 192.168.100.1, 192.168.100.2
    Alias FTP_servers: 192.168.100.2

    then,
    ip access-list policy1
    user alias web_servers svc-http permit
    user alias FTP_servers svc-ftp permit

Here 192.168.100.2 is providing both http and ftp services. Is this possible ?

You can use the same host under multiple aliases, yes.  With regards to those ACLs, when a packet satisfies a permit or deny statement of an ACL, the rest of the ACL is not evaluated for that packet.
