You can use the Aruba Switch Feature Navigator
https://feature-navigator.arubanetworks.com/Under Product Type select Fixed and under Plattform CX 6200.
In the section L3 Features you can see that it supports ipv4 and ipv6 static routes.
Further below you can see that it even supports OSPFv2 and v3.
