Licensing API Question

    I am using the following link to POST 
    /platform/licensing/v1/subscriptions/assign
    But I get the following error:
    {'error_description': 'The access token is missing', 'error': 'invalid_request'}

    I am using the same token that I use for other tasks. Does Central require a special token to make licensing related API calls?
