The Aruba switching TME team is delighted to share with you a new public video on VSX Logical VTEP Live Upgrade.
Here are several points that are worth considering in this video:
1) this upgrade is done between 2 major releases (from 10.5 to 10.6)
2) 5300 stress test-flows using UDP with ~19 Gb/s aggregated BW, generated by IXIA + interactive ICMP flows.
3) VSX combining VTEP function for L2VNI and L3VNI with distributed gateway, with OSPF underlay and iBGP EVPN.
4) total impact between upgrade start and completion: 12 millisecond ! This is an excellent result.
