network break problem

    Hi Experts,

    One of our employees often complains that she needs to be disconnected from the network and reconnected again in order to work. (app. every 30 mins)

    When I checked her connection and the connected AP everything looks OK.

    What do you thing caused the problem ? What should I check? Is there something I need the checked in user device?

    Have you viewed the device behaviour first to understand the issue? Is the client genuinely disconnected from the AP or is it another issue such as no internet connection? What is the configuration of this SSID, e.g dot1x vs PSK? You will be able to view the clients history (its further down in the AirWave page...) to see any events for the user in question.
