Guest captive portal not working

    I am trying to add a Guest access using Aruba Central Cloud Guest feature. I have configured a sponsored access with email based verification. Now, the user registers to the portal, gets approval from the sponsor and receives a verification code but when he tried to move forward with the application, he receives an error message stating : Access Denied - The network is not available.
