    Hi,

    TAC advised me of ArubaOS CX Firmware Bug CR# AOSCX-148228. Is there a way to track this bug? Is there a way to share the bug info with others? Is there something like Cisco Bug Tracker?

    There is, you bet! ...but it's clearly not publicly exposed to us (I believe it's an internal tool).

    By the way, it would be helpful to know what ArubaOS-CX software release are you (or TAC was) referring to (e.g. 10.4, 10.5 or 10.6) in order to understand if that bug id was (eventually) already fixed or not.

    Known issues and fixed bugs are tracked in the release notes. In the Issues & Workarounds, and the Fixes section there is a Bug ID column and a description of the issue.

    If you need to get the status on a specific issue, you can reach out to TAC and ask for more information and timelines for resolution.

    The 148228, if correct, looks quite high as Bug ID.

    Browsing various ArubaOS-CX Release Notes I never saw a Bug ID going that high (higher than say 99000): if I'm not wrong, all Bug IDs referenced on published Release Notes are unique and their IDs grow continuously within and across AOS-CX releases (no matter the platforms) - 10.0 -> 10.1 -> 10.2 -> 10.3 -> 10.4 -> 10.5 -> 10.6 - this made me to believe it's not a Release Notes's typical Bug ID.

    This ID is an internal tracking ID, not related to bug-ID number available in release-notes.

    To go back to the issue, this problem  is duplicated and verification in progress. Please contact TAC for more info.
