Hi Mels,
The latest version recommended is 8.2.12.1 and have some security patches, always check the following website:
- https://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/security-bulletins/
You could find the available upgrade path in the release notes.
Important notice is that 8.2.10.1 introduce CentOS7 (older was CentOS6). When update 8.2.10.1 a re-installation and put back a configuration backup of the same version is the only option to get on CentOS7. Any update after 8.2.10.1 require CentOS 7.

Subject: AMP™ 8.0.9.1 due for update
Hello,
I've hererited the management of a Airwave wifi infrastructure.
I have to update the Airwave server from 8.0.9.1 to 8.2.11.1
The AP's will also have to be updated from 6.3.1.1 to 6.5.4.19
Can I update to the current version without breaking anything?
Can you point me to a good online documentation?
Many thanx in advance.
Dany
