There are multiple ways to do it. If you are AOS8 then you can create a new SSID and then under the general tab scroll down to Zone and give it a specific name for the zone. Then go to the access points tab and find the AP that you want and click on the pencil to the right. Then type what you named exactly into the AP Zone box under basic info. That will put it on just that particular AP.
If you are AOS10 it is a little tricky but what we do is just create a new group and name it 2.4 or something to your liking, then create the new SSID. The go to the main groups page and drag your AP from the old group into that new group. We have to do this since we have such large environments of APs i.e. 150+ APs. If your environment isn't as large then you can create the new SSID and only turn it on to that specific AP but you also have to turn it off on all the other APs as well. You can create the SSID then under the Devices tab click on Config then Access Points and select each AP and go to the WLANs tab and check/uncheck with WLAN you want on each AP.
If you are good with APIs or just want to play around with them then I believe there is a way to do it at https://central.wifidownunder.com/settings.html but I am still a novice working on that site.

Subject: 2.4 band single AP within Aruba Central
We have a 3D printer that only supports 2.4Ghz band. Our production wifi network only 5ghz. Is there a way to configure 2.4 Ghz only on 1 access point within Aruba Central.
