2810-48G stack member access time outs

    Hello,

     

    We have (2) 2810-48G switches in a stack configuration. However, when trying to access the member switch from the Commander Web console, we get a "Time out occured", "A time out occured while connecting to Member 1" error. This also happens when trying to access it via SSH.

     

    Only to access the member switch for us is the directly connect to the switch via Serial cable.

     

    Please advise.
