2920 Stack configuration: Failback commander & member priority

    Dear members,

     

    I've configured a pair of HP 2920-48G switches as a stack. It works like a charm, but I've two questions:

     

    After the commander switch failed, the standby switch becomes master. If the commander comes back, no failback occurs. Is this behaviour expected or can I configure a failback?

     

    I can configure a member priority. Is a higher (up to 255) or lower number better? What does this priority value exactly affect?
