3Com 5500G-EI -- trust DSCP for Cisco VoIP phones

    Hi all.  We have retained a firm to install a Cisco VoIP solution to our enterprise, and the consultant has said that at very least, we need to have, in Cisco terms, "auto qos voip trust", "mls qos trust dscp", or the equivalent on the switch ports that service the IP phones, and the uplink trunk ports also need to trust the DSCP markings and pass them upstream.  We have one 5-switch IRF stack of 3Com 5500G-EI switches left over, and the previous admin put this pertinent config in.  What more do we need to do, to conform to the consultant's specs?

    With the current config, the workstations can access VLAN 10, and the phones automatically access the voice VLAN of 5, so that part works with no problems.  Comware version is 3.03.02s168p23.

    That suggested that the interface command "priority trust" would do the job.  To test, I issued that command on one port and then checked the config of the port.  The command does not show up in the config, which suggests that this command is the default configuration on ports.  Can anyone verify this?
