We have 535 WAP on 6300, but it is operating at reduced power. Is there any way to set the switch to deliver more power so it doesn't go into reduced power mode? Is there a setting on the WAP that tells it to draw more power?

The APs support intelligent power mgmt (IPM) that you can enable. 

are these APs running Instant firmware? if so you can refer here  for more info

you can enable it with AOS10 APs too.

But do I want IPM off or on? Is there not anyway to set the WAP or Switch to max power?

I clicked IPM enabled and it made the green lights turn on.
