    Hi Peter

You do not need to delete the Eval license before applying the correct license.
Under Administration \ Server Manager \ Licensing on the Servers tab, click the line for you PAK license and the Update License dialouge will open.
Paste the new correct license, check the checkbox and click Update.

In 6.11 there is a new verification that your PAK license have a valid support agreement connected.
This check can take some time before the sync with ASP is done, and during that time you may not be able to download updates from the Software Update page.
But you should be able to install the update manually.

With the eval license you should always be able to install the updates, so if you haven't updated you can do it before switching the license.

Also make sure you have your licenses, support agreement and hardware serial numbers registered in the ASP portal, otherwise the check will fail.

    What a nightmare.
when you say hardware serial numbers i'm not sure what you mean.
    These are virtual appliances.
    Can you expalin please ?

    Hi Peter

If you run virtual servers it's the PAK license number that should have a valid support agreement connected in the ASP portal.
For hardware servers it's the serial number that should be registered. In addition if you have multiple hardware servers you should use the PAK license generated for each serial number. (If I have understood right)
