I have a 6200yl 24G mini-gbic switch that I am consolidating fiber connections from several 2810s onto. All moved fine except for one. It just will not give me a link. I have tried moving the gbic to a different slot and also plugging the fiber cable into a different gbic altogether, and that did not help. As soon as I plug it back into the 2810, all is well. What gives?

Thanks but I got it figured out. The switch on the remote end was not set to "Auto" for the port speed and duplex settings. Once I set that to Auto, it linked right up.
