    Hi,

Need some guidance to enable 802.1x authentication on Aruba Switches and AP's on Central. Client wants to authenticate users on LAN and WiFi before giving them access to internet? This client rents rooms to people (sort of hotel). Is there a better way maybe a splash page on central?

    Hi,

    Must it be 802.1X authentication?
Maybe you can look into the guest portal of central.
Which could solve your issue with fixed accounts or create new accounts via API?

That is a very generic question with many possible answers. It may be best to work with your Aruba partner to discuss the options with their pro/cons.

I would potentially look at Clearpass https://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/tg/DG_BYOD_Customer.pdf
Treat them all as untrusted devices and keep them all client isolated
