SOLVED - just to benefit to others.
The problem was simpler than expected, nothing related to hardware or VSX configuration... it was simply the "AAA authorization" configuration.
We configure our devices in a LAB with no access to the TACACS server configured, so when we connect any L2 interface (like the VSX-link on 8360 or the uplink on 6200) the system try to reach the TACACS for authorization and this was the cause of the SSH/Console delay.

I'v opned a TAC Case and we are working togheter with HPE support.
I'll update there if we found something, right now there is no problem on configuration, topology and resources utilization.

Hard to tell without knowing the full details and having access to your setup. That's why it's best to work with your Aruba partner or Aruba TAC at this point. Further investigations need to be done.

It seems the same to me too, but which loop? I have the problem with only the two 8360 with 2links in a LAG for VSX and 1 link for vsx-keepalive ...

Sounds like a loop in your network somewhere. I don't think there is a universal answer to your question, so I'd recommend that you work with your Aruba partner and/or Aruba TAC to further investigate what you see and how to resolve.

Hi Community,
in our company lab we are expirencing a strange issue with two Aruba 8630 in vsx.
We have 2x8630 and some 6200 in our lab, all of them updated to AOS-CX 10.10.1050 (LSR).
We configure the 8630 like a core/distribution level and all the 6200 like an access level.
Everythings seems to works properly but when we connect the two 8630 with two 100Gb link (using DAC cable) in order the form a VSX, the response of the management plane start to be very slowly; the cpu and memory is very low. And when we connect the 6200 to the 8630, also the management of the 6200 start to be slowly.
I double checked every things more times (LACP configuration of the ISL link, MST, VSX configuration).
Did someone had expirenced the same? Any suggestion?
Thanks,
F.McR
