    i have aruba 2930 vesion tl 10 .09.1020 
    I'm running into a problem creating a read-only user in the Tacacs system. Each time that I create a read-only user,
    by this commant
    aaa authentication login default gruop tacacs local 
    aaa authoriztion comands default group tacacs local 
    aaa accounting all-mgmt default start-stop gruop tacacs local 
    the local user starts refusing to accept any command. How do I resolve this?
     in need the local user need to work when to tacacs server not work or Always and all command not regardless of tacacs

    Hi, pretty much impossible that you're dealing with an Aruba 2930 switch (running on ArubaOS-Switch operating system) and its software version is, as reported, TL.10.09.1020 (a naming used for ArubaOS-CX operating system). Please do a triple check.
