I have repeatedly encountered issues with Aruba equipment, specifically the 1830 switches, which do not connect using their serial numbers when I try to add them to my Aruba portal. Whether I create a new site with these devices or try to add them to an existing site, the portal keeps showing "Searching..." and never completes the process.
I do not want to reset my switches, as they are already in production. What could be the reason for the lack of communication between these switches (or sometimes even access points) and the Aruba Instant On platform?
