Hello,

Our Amigopod is currently licensed for 1000 connections.  We have a large session coming up so are looking to increase this.   If we buy another 1000 license, would I add this new plugin, which would give us two 1000 license plugins on the box?  Just curious if the "new" 1000 license plugin would replace the "old" one, which wouldn't be too helpful.  If this is the case, perhaps we need Aruba to take the two license keys, combine them, and give us a single 2000 user license plugin.

The Aruba LMS system will take care of adding the additional license.  Depending on how old your original subscription is, you may need to import it into Aruba LMS prior to adding the additional license.  All this is covered in the certificate email you receive when purchasing an additional license.  At the end of it all you will update plugins on Amigopod and it will want to download a 2k license which will delete your 1k license during install.

I looked in LMS and don't have any licenses listed in the Clearpass Tab.  We will import our current Subscription IDs for both boxes (  HA cluster ) and add the new keys when they arrive.  Thanks for explaining how the process will work.
