Hello everyone,

I've upgraded AirWave to version 8.3.0.2 with a fresh installation. I'm currently trying to add multiple VIAPs to it. While I've successfully added a number of VIAPs without any issues, there's one VIAP that's causing trouble. After adding it, the configuration initially shows good stats, but then it goes down, and the configuration status changes to 'verifying'. I've confirmed that the network connectivity between the VIAP and AirWave is working fine without any issues, but I can't seem to find the reason for this behavior. each VIAP has its own group and folder.

Additionally, I'd like to clarify another point. The traffic analysis tab is not displaying any details, despite having enabled traffic analysis on the VIAP

I got the same problem after the migration of airwave (8.2.15.2 --> 8.3.0.2). 

The configuration tab of my device list is on "Verifying" and my master ouptut this : "Down (Virtual Controller has not checked in for more than 5 minutes)".

The problem was finally resolved after opened a case.

The solution was to desactivate the option "Disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 (AMP Setup > General > Additional AMP Services) that is activated since 8.3.0.2 version.
