That can be, as there is a different operating system underneath and it may not have support for all character sets.
Please open a TAC case for this.

Subject: Airwave 8.3.0.x cannot display folder names properly when using Chinese or Japanese.
When I name the folder, I use Japanese or Chinese. Airwave 8.3.0.x displays garbled characters.
However, it can be displayed normally when using 8.2.15.x.
Could this be related to underlying operating system changes?
Is there anything that can be adjusted on the new Airwave version.
