Hi,
AirWave do not have report to show counts for each 10 min interval. Few things to check is AP graphs, it shows data in intervals for client counts, CPU, memory etc. Along with graphs on Radio interfaces for client count, Radio errors, channel utilization etc to see if the AP is overloaded.
If the AP's are placed on floor plan, make sure there is overlapping coverage with other AP's around the AP and about overlapping channels.
This is better way to check the AP details at time of issue than reports which generally is run later.

Subject: Airwave report to show number of clients connecting to each AP
Hi,
Users are complaining that sometimes they are not able to join SSID at all, what I want to do is to check the load at APs during the time that we have poor user experience. Is it possible to run a report to show how many users are connecting to each AP at a specific period, just want to make sure that APs are not overload.
I generated a custom report and it shows max clients but there is no timestamp so I assume this shows the total number of clients that AP handle for the whole period that I run the report for (rather than showing the numbers every 10 minutes, etc ). the report shows me how many clients are connected to SSID every 10 minutes but no breaking for APS, it only shows below for each AP:
Max Clients / Unique Clients /Total Data /Avg Usage / Max Usage
Also what information really should I look at to see if an AP is overload, if more APs are required in the area, etc.
Thanks
