Hi

I want to use a different DNS entry instead of aruba-master so some APs will connect to a different controller.

So under Master Discovery options I just enter the DNS name in Host Controller name, right? This is then saved in the AP's flash so every time it boots it will look for that record and not aruba-master? Could some confirm if that's correct?

Yes it should.  Try it with a single AP to make sure it works the way want it to.
