Wondering if anyone has any examples of the following:

Guest -->  Login Page (with register link)

Guest Register from link -->  Does the LDAP lookup on the email address.

Once the submit on the form is clicked, an email goes to the sponsor to click on to approve or deny.  Either way the guest is notified by email/sms/etc of the decision. Then the user is allowed/denied.
