AMON not collecting data

    Hi,

     

    We have 5 M3 controllers running ArubaOS 6.3.1.3 and an Airwave on 7.7.10. 

     

    I've just enabled AMON on the controllers and Airwave, but I cannot see any data on Airwave Firewall tab. Have some way to troubleshooting this issue?

     

    On Controller I"ve configured like this:

     

    mgmt-server type amp primary-server AIRWAVE_IP profile default-amp
    !
    mgmt-server profile "default-amp"
    stats-enable
    tag-enable
    sessions-enable
    monitored-info-enable
    monitored-stats-enable
    misc-enable
    location-enable
    !

     

    On Airwave I've enable this options:

     

    Enable AMON Data Collection: YES

    Enable Firewall Data Collection: YES

    Prefer AMON vs SNMP Polling: YES

    Enable Syslog and SNMP Trap Collection: YES

     

     

    Airwave can connect on all controllers using SNMP Trap, SSH, Telnet, enable, etc....

    Is there a firewall between them? You'll need UDP 8211 open. (PAPI)
