AMPAdmin username and password

    Hi,

     

    I've installed AMP Airwave 8.2.7, and i've had problems getting IAP to connect across.  I've been asked for the AMPAdmin credentials.  When I installed AMP, I never came across the option to set those credentials.  After it generates the SSL certificate, I hit enter, and it returns back to the installation page and continues the circle.  

     

    Do I need to do a clean reinstall?  Or am I missing something.

    Did we use ISO or OVA here? I would suggest opening a TAC case as they have a workaround for this and has to be done in rescue mode.
