It's actually a fairly basic question

    I have 3 brand new 1920-48Gs

I'm putting them on a network rack - they will only have PCs and printer traffic going through them - and I'm not planning on any VLAN

My simple question is - what is the best practice to link the 3 switches together - as specifically as you can

Is it silly to create a stack with only 3 switches?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can stack 3 switches.

    It's explained in the manual.

I think you have to set the switches as 'candidate'...at least I think this is how our 2824s are configured and I can't remember what it is in the 2910...
