Yes, check the AOS 10 supported devices list (some early 325s don't have enough memory to run AOS 10.x).
And Converting AOS Campus APs to AOS 10.x.

Subject: AOS 10 and old Campus APs
Hello all,
Does AOS10 support campus APs such as the AP-325 AP-315? I know there is a way to convert these to IAP in V8 but not sure of the process in AOS10 (if there is one). The customer will use gateways, they are running version 6.x at the moment.
