Hello,
I am trying to find documentation describing resources increase best practice for VMM. Web Help gives straight forward instructions on how to deal with CPU and flash, but not for disk resizing (or at least I missed it). Apart from David Westcott's answer given in this article https://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Wireless-Access/Upgrade-VM-hardware-for-MM/td-p/634598, is there an official Aruba set of instructions covering the whole process? We need to add resources (CPU, flash, disk) in order to get our MM-VA-1K to be able to support up to 5K devices. Thanks in advance.
The required resources are documented in the Aruba Virtual Appliance Installation Guide.

Resizing the CPU & RAM is fairly straight forwards. If you need to increase the disk size, take a look at the following:
https://community.arubanetworks.com/aruba/attachments/aruba/unified-wired-wireless-access/99194/1/How%20to%20Resize%20AOS%208.x%20MM%20or%20VMC.pdf
In short, you need to add an additional correctly sized hard disk, allow for the OS to be copied over then shutdown and remove the original sized disk you no longer require. So you will have 3 disks in total, 1 of which will be removed after the work is completed.
Ah, that is it :-). Thank you Craig, appreciated.
Thanks, Marcel. Great document but it doesn't contain info on resizing disk (only flash).
