Is the amber light solid or flashing?

This is the table according to Aruba AP 505 manual. Maybe you can try to change the patch cable (maybe use Cat6).

AP-505 has two LEDs one for Power and the other for Radio. which one is amber?

if the radio LED is solid amber it means Both radios enabled in monitor mode and it if it's amber blinking then one of the radios is in monitor mode.

for power LED refer to this.

HI I see RF light to be green , but power is solid amber , no alerts , if i connect with 2 meter cable power led will be green , AP is hardly 15mtrs from switch , switch i am using is  TP-Link TL-SG1016PE with poe+ support , i see in switch power consumption is only 5.7w and for 225 its 11w

any think i can see from console ?

I would recommend you to change the Patch Cable. :) Always good to start from Physical Layer. Can be the case that the quality of cable is not the best (happened to me often).

My first instinct would be the PoE switch...

    Aruba AP225 is AF PoE

    Aruba AP505 is AT PoE

If IPM is not enabled, the AP's don't properly negotiate PoE.

To check if IPM is enabled, use the CLI.

    https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_86_WebHelp/Content/instant-ug/custom-iap-param/ipm.htm

You can check the PoE Status from a Tech Support Dump

    Power Status
    ------------
    Item Value
    ---- -----
    Power Supply : POE-XX
LLDP Power : Successfully negotiated at XX.XW
Current Operational State : No restrictions

If you have access to another PoE switch or injector, you can swap it for testing.

    As suspected.

The switch isn't sensing the LLDP PoE requirements for the AP.

You may want to contact the vendor to see if there is a update; this is also seen on some Cisco switches.
