On the AP505H, make sure the port is in 'Trusted' mode to make it bypass authentication. You won't see any client information in the controller anymore when the client is trusted. This is independent on the forwarding mode, which should be bridged if you want to locally breakout to the switch.

Subject: AP 505H wired port bypass authentication
Hello,
I have 2 mobilyty conductors, 4 7240 controllers in cluster and clearpass, and have thosands of AP505H and in the wired ports will be connected the TV, I want forward the traffic locally because it will be multicast traffic and for not overload the controllers,
the access switches are os CX 6300, and there is mac authentication enabled in clisnt mode,
do you think can be possible to configure the ports of AP's in bridging mode and to delegate the authentication at the switch?
can be a righ solution to forward the traffic locally for the TV multicast traffic?
regards
