    Hello

I'm back with what I hope is another simple question.  How do you get the console to work on AP-565?  I have these new out of box, no configuration.  I'm using the included USB-C console cable, and I'm connecting using putty/kitty with baud speed=115200, parity=None, data bits=8, stop bits=1, flow control=None.

When the device boots up, it seems there is some kind of a POST (startup) message in the console output.  I've attached a screen shot.  Clearly there is some interaction between my computer and the device.  But nothing else happens.  I press enter twice and no response.  The same POST message re-appears if the AP is rebooted.

Everything else works find with these APs.  I can set up IAP or configure with WLC no problem.  Just the console interaction doesn't do what I expect it to do, which is allow me to see the full boot sequence and optionally interrupt it so that I can do things in a CLI, like factory reset or firmware update.  I can't access CLI at all for AP565.

I also tried setting it up completely with WLC and then from WLC making sure console access was enabled.  It doesn't help.

Is there some trick to get it to work?  I can't find the official documentation that refers to this procedure.

Try a baud rate of 9600.

That was it.  So simple.  Don't know why my computer reports the port speed at 115200 which is wrong.

    Thanks!!!

Port speed is capable of 115200 on the client side, AP by default operates at 9600.
