If you are using only two of the connections on the AP-574 then you MUST install 50 Ohm terminators on the unused ports to prevent damage to the radios. You should really be returning the AP-574 and replacing with either an AP-575 or AP-565.

You could do that but you stripe down the 4x4 capable AP to an 2x2 AP. Be sure to terminate the no used Antenna connections.
But the question would be why you don´t use the AP-565 instead. This is an 2x2 Outdoor AP.
What is the exact use-case and why don´t you install 2 x AP-ANT-5010 to get full RF power?
