Also, the logic level for the TX and RX pins are already at 3.3VDC, so you don't need to worry about those.

Patrick,
Use this for $15.99:
https://www.microcenter.com/product/454433/adafruit-industries-usb-to-ttl-serial-cable
Don't connect the power cable (red). It provides 5VDC.
Thanks,
Brad

The Best Answer back in 2014 is not an appropriate answer in 2023. These cables are no longer available from Aruba. I worked with CDW who has contacted Aruba inside sales who told them to go through other 3rd party channels. It seems that the only option is to build your own. I have sourced parts on Amazon that may help with getting one built. This is what I plan to use.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TXVRQ7V - FTDI FT232RL USB to TTL adapter (voltage selector for 1.8, 3.3v, and 5v). I chose this because it has an insulated package for the electronics.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08X6C7PZM - Connectors, Wires, Pins kit for connection cable. This is to make the 6 pin to 4 pin cable.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08D67L3YS - Cable crimping tool. Self explanatory.
Total cost is around $50.

You cannot build that cable. Please look at the thread here: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Aruba-Instant-Cloud-Wi-Fi/Pinout-serial-for-RAP-155P/m-p/167288/highlight/true#M5851
You will have to purchase it.
