additionally in knowing the client's view of the available APs, would be curious to know if RRM quiet-ie elements are truly disabled, and what happens if 802.11dh are enabled.
If there is an MC (Mobility Conductor) involved, or on the standalone MD - this command is helpful to see client signal at #5 and #6 APs.
show ap virtual-beacon-report client-mac
( have seen cases where clients decide to roam based on very small RSSI differences, channel quality, or beacon loss), since the 2 APs in this case appear electrically/802.11 nearly identical - lose a few beacons or a small power fluctuation, and the client roams. )
"show rrm dot11k beacon-report station-mac f0:9e:4a:95:8e:e0 " will show info if the STA/AP are truly exchanging data in those beacon reports.
"show ap arm client-match history client-mac f0:9e:4a:95:8e:e0 " will show if Client match is playing a role in the roams.

At the same location, what is the client's perspective of the RSSI to #5 and #6? Does the behavior you're observing happen only at this particular location or also others?

On AOS-8, show ap client trail-info <client-mac>
is what you're looking for.

How should I inquire? Because when I check the user's roaming history, sometimes it takes 1 minute to change, sometimes it takes more than 10 minutes to switch, and it even takes him longer to switch.

As expected and indicated by the provided screenshots, the AP is sending beacon reports every 60 seconds to the 802.11k client. Is the client roaming every 60 seconds too?

ArubaOS : 8.10.0.8
AP : 325,635
Client : win10
Client network : AX201,AX211
network driver : 23.40.0.4 2024/3/10
Question :
The user is connected normally and is in the same location without moving. However, the ap will keep sending physical layer messages, causing the user to change ap. If this state continues, the user will be disconnected.
