  • 1.  AP Not in Campus APs

    Am new to managing APs, Controller and Conductor. I just deploy a new 635 model through the controller which is managed by a conductor. The AP appears in the Campus AP AllowList and I think it should be in the Campus APs. Also it shows down on the conductor. I will appreciate guiding me through fixing this issue. Thanks

    Is CPsec enabled?

    Is automatic cert provisioning enabled?

    What is the status of the AP showing as in the allowlist?

    Both were enabled, part of the issue was the License on the controller differ from the conductor and I didnt even provision the APs as well. But after reverting the license to match with that of the conductor and provision all the APs they now working. Thanks
