Yes, but the AP325 requires a controller to operate. On the controller you can do NAT.
The IAP-325 can operate without an external controller, and can NAT the wireless traffic to the IP of the access point.
You normally would NAT on an external device, like an internet router, not on the AP. If you connect the AP directly to the internet you would need to make sure that it's not accessible. This is not a common deployment, and your Aruba partner can probably advise for the optimal solution in your case.
