We have a number of AP375 and 377 that do not always power correctly via PoE. They are on Cisco 2960 switches which support 802.3at and have LLDP enabled.
The 375's sometimes come up as inactive after a reboot and this can usually be cleared by rebooting the AP (sometimes several times). Now we are deploying NAC to all AP's and AP switchports and we find that the 375's and 377's always stay as inactive. In the controller log we see:
Jul 23 13:34:54 2024 stm[9518]: <305061> <9518> <WARN> |stm| sapm_override_ap_radio_prof: AP 22454-A1-AP00491-7c:57:3c:cf:4a:1c: Disabling radio 0. Power profile is POE-AF

From the switchport we see:

We have several hundred of these AP's and not all are affected. About 20 at the moment will not come up as inactive when NAC is applied and many need to be rebooted several times before they will work. There are other AP's on the same switches (635's) with no issues.
OS version is 8.10.0.12
We raised a TAC case a while back before we added NAC but they were not able to help and tried to blame the switch.
Any ideas on what the issue could be?
