The fix on that thread was to disable the "no lldp tlv-select power-management" however I never had this on to begin with. The fix for me was to enable lldp on the switch using the command: lldp run
I then enabled lldp transmit and lldp receive
It then seemed that the switch was able to send the correct power to the port and the AP therefore did not disable the radios.
