I don't think you can add/change static routes. If you add a route on your gateway 172.18.1.252 to the destination, it may redirect traffic and allow communications.
Not sure if TAC may be able to add static routes for you, but you could ask.

Subject: Aruba 8.3.0.2 - Radius Server - Static Routes
Hi there
how do I change or submit a static route on our Airwave Server. Currently our vlan cannot access the appliance from the network but it can from others.
Our default gateway should be 172.27.1.2
the vlan 172.18.1.0/24 gateway is 172.18.1.252
I do not recall statically assigning the 172.17.0.0 network. Also, I cannot get the airwave server to authenticate to our radius server. I want to use my domain credentials to log in.
Any assistance would be fantastic.
