How to factory reset AP 305 using console? There is no RJ45 console port at behind of the AP.

You do a factory reset with the reset button.

Or use the console port. For this AP model you'll need an adapter cable: AP-CBL-SER (JW071A).

what is the duration for pressing the rest button?

Press the button in a hold then power cycle.  You'll see the lights flash rapidly a few times.  If you have a console connected you'll see a message along the lines of 'reset button pressed'.
