  • 1.  [ARUBA CENTRAL] add/edit floor to site

    Hello,

    I have a technical issue, as I'm unable to do anything in the floorplan section of a site.
    I used it before and i could upload floorplan but since today i'm unable to add another or edit an existing... I tried with 2 accounts, one of them have an admin role.

    I keep being send to the following URL : https://app2-eu.central.arubanetworks.com/frontend/#/DASHBOARD
    Which is basic dashboard from welcome screen...

    Does anyone have the same problem right now ?
    Should I open a case or am I missing something ?

    Hi Jacques.

    For something that seems like a system error you should certainly create a TAC case and work with TAC towards a resolution.

    Did you also try different browsers ?

    HI Tom,

    Thank you for that suggesting (other browser) it's ok with it, I'm feeling a bit stupid not having a thought about that one...
    So clearing the cache also works
