    Hi all,

Distribution and my local HPE reps can answer this so I figured I'd post here.

I have multiple customers that want to change their subscription termination dates to better fit their budget cycle.  I know if it's under 30 days we can usually just get the end date extended via Support.  But what do you do when there is a 3 month or more gap?  Anyone else face this issue?

    Thanks

This is really something your distributor/VAR or local HPE reps should help you with. The audience on this forum is mostly technical.

    Hi all,

Here is the solution to this.  Your HPE/Aruba Field rep can request a trial license to cover the gap between the end date of the existing Aruba Central contract and the start of the new one.  You will need to fille out the "Aruba Subscription Extension Bulk Request Form" to document what the customer has, Your HPE rep should be able to get this for you.  You need to fill the end date of the subscription, what they will be purchasing and the dates they need the co-term moved to.  This is not a guaranteed results process but it does work.
