Look at the configuration audit to see why the device is unsynchronized. If you can't resolve the configuration issue, open a case with TAC. If there isn't a configuration issue, force the sync or reboot the AP.

Subject: Aruba Central AP's not in sync
We have 10 sites with Aruba AP's and switches. Awhile ago in central all of our AP's show not in sync. They appear to be working fine and we can make changes and the AP's take the changes but the continue to show not in sync. Anyone seen this before of have any idea where to look?
