Hi guys,
I have an Aruba Central account mapped to US-1. Yesterday while making a PoC I registered my customer account, and even our offices are few meters away, I was redirected to cluster zone US-2. Then I registered my customer account and add my user as admin in order I can see and manage my customer's devices.
Then, my customer has an account in US-2 and I have an account in US-1. When I logged in to the portal with my user, I didn't see my customer account because we are in different cluster zones, I guess. Any suggestion to solve this issue?
