    Hi,

We are missing hostnames on our clients in Aruba Central. The switches are Aruba 6000 and are on version 10.13.1010. Client track ip has been configured on the vlans and device fingerprinting is unsupported on this version. Any other suggestions?

I'm not sure if the 6000 switches collect hostnames, do you see them when you look locally on the switch?

No can't see them locally. Support seem to think they can collect hostnames but after weeks they've still not found the solution.

device fingerprinting is where CX switches will get the hostnames of the devices and that is not supported on 6000s.
